1. All rehearsals for company members who participate in leveled classes (1/2 or 3/4) will have in person rehearsals starting the week of November 1st. You can view the rehearsal schedule to decide which pieces (dances) you want to participate in at www.weavedancecompany.com/showcase. Please review the rehearsal schedule before committing to pieces below.

2. Leveled students will also be sent choreography to learn on their own time before their scheduled in person rehearsals.

3. There is a showcase fee of $75 per dancer to participate. This fee partially covers venue rental, rehearsal time, choreography, and some costumes and also includes a showcase t-shirt (that will be a costume). All open company members must pay this fee on the due date, however Apprentice company members already have this fee worked into their payment plans. Additional costume items such as black spandex shorts, black leggings, and dance shoes may still need to be purchased through WEAVE.
This fee will be automatically charged to your card on file on Wednesday, October 21st if you are not an Apprentice.

4. If you/your dancer is in more than one piece, then there will be a $20 additional costume fee charged to your card on file on November 15th.

5. Rehearsal Policy for this age group: If a dancer misses a rehearsal for any reason at all (EX: prior conflict, sickness, forgot, etc.), they will not be in the section worked on that day. This does not mean they are out of the entire dance, but they will not be in the section that was added on to or cleaned that day. This also goes for dancers that are late to rehearsal. If a dancer is late to rehearsal, they run the risk of not being in the section worked on that day or taken out of a section they were already in. (Extreme situations will be dealt with case-by-case). If one is sick and not contagious, they can maintain their spot in the dance by watching.

6. All costumes (besides showcase t-shirts) that WEAVE provides are RENTALS and are owned by WEAVE Dance Company.
