Dear Kelly Creek Families,

Please answer the following questions to help us know how your child will be transported to and from school during the 2022-23 school year. If you have more than one student attending at Kelly Creek Elementary, please submit a survey for each one of your children separately.

Bus Route information for your student can be found in your ParentVue account. All Kindergarten students that will be riding the bus home need to have an adult at the bus stop waiting for them. Bus drivers will not let Kindergarten students off the bus without an adult present.

We ask that you submit this survey as soon as possible so staff can start preparing for your child's/children's arrival and dismissal routine. Please call the office ahead of time to make changes to your student's routine. We ask that you call the office at (503) 663-7483 before 2:00pm to make transportation changes for any given day.
