This form will be used in order to register current 8th graders to attend Cocke County High School for the 23-24 school year.

Students will have until the day before the counselors visit their school to complete the form; please see the student's 8th grade packet for information about those dates. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO COMPLETE THE FORM.
