We're really excited about your interest in setting up a Private Trip, Class, or Event with Frog Hollow Outdoors! I understand if Frog Hollow holds a specific date for our Private Trip, Class or Event that they will be closing out that date and time for all other potential programs, trips, and classes, based on their staffing and equipment availability. If the date and time are available, I understand that to book and hold the date I will need to make payment in full for our event based on our estimated group size, or to pay the $500 deposit indicated in Frog Hollow's cancellation policies.  *
