The school bus operator
is
not obliged
to refund the client d
uring the period where the child is not attending school due to holiday trip or medical treatment.
Paid bus fare will be refunded on case-to-case basis (either in full or pro-rated).
The Daily School Bus Service is for the trips run between the school and the designated pick-up and drop off point agreed by both the parent/guardian and bus operator. Such trips shall be provided during the school terms only.
Parent(s) who intend to terminate the school bus service must give one-month advance notice or one month bus fares shall be paid in lieu of notice.
Calculation of bus fare is based on the Distance, Seating Capacity and Requested Trips (One Way/Two Ways). The fares are collected in advance within the first week in the month of
Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jul, Aug, Sep and Oct.
No bus fares shall be collected for the months of
June, November, and December
.
No Credit Term and Bus Operator has the right to TERMINATE the school bus service for student with OUTSTANDING payment for more than a month.
Please indicate the student's name as remark while doing PayNow. Monthly payments are raised on the 2nd of each month.
Location and timing of the Pickup/Drop off is subjected to management planning. No priority or request will be considered.
