WHERE: Uptown Body and Fender, 401 26th St., Oakland, CA 94612
The Session will be held inside the body shop!

COST: Free for participating musicians and audience.

TRANSPORTATION SUGGESTIONS: This venue is very accessible via public transportation. 19th St. BART is a 10 minute walk away, as are numerous AC Transit lines. Please join our Discord to coordinate walking buddies or a carpool! (https://discord.com/invite/UvCFQTsZrA)

PARKING: Very limited metered street parking is available for musicians. Large instruments may drop off their gear at the venue and then repark.

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
*** Please note that you will be asked to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 + BOOSTER before entering the events space ***

This is an indoor session. All attendees will be REQUIRED to wear face masks while inside except winds and brass and conductors while actively playing. Chorus members will be required to wear masks while singing.

**IMPORTANT**
If you are feeling ill, or you’re taking care of someone who is sick, we ask that you not attend this session. Deciding to sit this one out for health or safety reasons is entirely your call and we look forward to having you join us at a session in the future.

2:00-3:00pm: Bell and Drum Tower by Alexis Alrich

3:15:4:00pm: "Dies Irae and Tuba Mirum" from Messa da Requiem by Giuseppe Verdi

This is a "Bring your own chair" event for audience members, so if you kow you'd like to be seated for the session, make sure to bring your own camping chair or pillow!
