2024 Omaha Storm Chasers SEASON Media Credential Request

Fill out this form to request credentials for the 2024 Omaha Storm Chasers baseball season. Omaha Storm Chasers media credentials will be issued only to reporters and photographers for accredited media. Requests should come from a media outlet's director, manager or editor.

NO SPOUSES, CHILDREN OR GUESTS of the media will be issued credentials. The Storm Chasers Communications Department reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke media credentials as it sees fit, with or without explanation. Photographing and posting pictures of credentials on any social media outlet is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in credentials being immediately revoked.

REQUIRED: In order to pick up your physical credential and cover an event at Werner Park, you MUST sign this Credential Agreement Form from Minor League Baseball and upload a copy below. *
We will NOT grant/issue credentials to any individuals who have not signed and returned the agreement to us (the Omaha Storm Chasers).

Please email a copy of your signed form to Nicholas Badders at nicholasb@omahastormchasers.com. If you cannot upload or email your signed agreement, you will be required to sign one at the Werner Park ticket office before picking up your credential, or prior to participating in Media Day.
