How Rural Tourism SMEs receive support

EuroCluster RURAL TOURISM is creating a "rural tourism" cooperation at EU level. A cluster brings together public and private operators to promote a specific sector of the economy like - in this case - Rural Tourism. We support companies in the sector with activities of knowledge promotion, market enlargement, lengthening tourist seasons and offering better services while at the same time it shall support the professional organizations.

To organize these activities in the best and most effective way, we gather good practice examples of how small rural accommodation providers currently receive support. Based on the replies, during 2023 we will offer financial support to implement improvements in at least 190 rural tourism businesses from 15+ countries. These services will be accessible through a public call that shall be published later in 2023.
