REFUND (Non-Payroll Deduction)
•Patrons with a valid 1 mo/3 mo/1 year membership during our closure will be given a refund for a prorated amount based on the total number of days your membership was active during the time our facilities are closed.

REFUND(Payroll Deduction)
•Patrons with a valid F/S 1- year membership during our closure will be emailed an approved refund amount based on our calculations & records of your payroll & membership history. Refunds will be processed through your paycheck & we will provide you with the expected date your refund will appear on your paycheck.

Due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of cases and are working hard to respond as soon as possible.
