This form is for
new students applying for the 2024-25 school year. The school year will begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 and ends at the end of May, 2025.
To apply, please fill out and submit this form. You will see a confirmation message (from google forms) after submitting. PHP will be in touch within 48 hours to establish connection and share this information with you.
Upon reviewing applications and finalizing our schedules and class structure, we will do our best to place children in your preferred schedule. We will be contacting you to offer your child a spot or put you on the waitlist (we will be in touch either way) around
mid-February.
If you have a deadline with another school that you are considering, and you haven't yet heard from us, please reach out to us before making your decision, as we may know already if we have a spot for your child before we start communicating with families.
If we have not yet met you, we will ask that you and your child schedule a visit to our school prior to enrolling you in the program. This can be accomplished either at an open house, or scheduled individually, before or after applying.
We accept families in the following order:
1. Current preschool students and siblings
2. Siblings from past students
3. Families on our pre-registration list
4. New families
Acceptance is based on the following combination of factors: The order of applications received, whether we will be a good fit for your child and your family based on our approach to preschool, and our dedication to accepting a diverse group of children (racial, socio-economic, gender, family structure, etc).
There is no fee required to apply. If and when you are offered a spot, we will walk you through the enrollment process which will require a $75 registration fee. A tuition deposit (1/2 of your tuition for September) will be due in March of 2024.
We have a small amount of flexibility to offer tuition assistance in an effort to expand our reach to those who may feel drawn to our program but are unable to pay the full tuition price. When you fill out an application, please also fill out this tuition assistance form to begin the conversation:

We aim to keep our tuition prices as low as possible to keep our program accessible to the most number of people. If you are financially able, we are always grateful if you would consider contributing an additional amount with your monthly tuition toward our scholarship offerings. Even a small amount is helpful.

If you have two students you are wanting to enroll, please fill out a second application for the second child, but you can skip the questions (put an X) that would be the same for both children. Only one application fee will be required.
