APPLICATION FOR THE WILLIS HIGH SCHOOL  AIR FORCE JUNIOR ROTC PROGRAM
The Willis Independent School District Board of Trustees has designated Willis High School as the Air Force Junior ROTC  school for all students residing in the Willis school district.  This entitles any qualified 9th through 12th grade student in the WISD to apply for the AFJROTC program, but does not guarantee acceptance. Each prospective cadet must be physically fit and have no physical or medical limitations that would prevent him/her from participating fully, and performing equally, with all other cadets in the Corps.  Before acceptance, each prospective cadet must be approved by the Aerospace Science Department Chair.  All prospective cadets must complete this application and meet AFJROTC and Willis High School enrollment requirements to be accepted into the program.
