Alle medlemmer innenfor NTNUI Dans må registrere seg. Dine data vil bli oppbevart i inntil 2 år etter avsluttet medlemskap med unntak av innsigelser om sletting fra bruker. Data som samles inn vil kun bli brukt til å rapportere inn antall medlemmer av foreningen til Norges Danseforbund. Data som samles inn vil ikke bli delt med en tredjepart med unntak av innrapportering av antall dansere til Norges Danseforbund. Norges danseforbund registrerer navn, fødselsdato og postnummer.
