The SME PTA is a nonprofit membership association whose mission is to help our children learn and thrive by creating a partnership between families, teachers and administrators at SME. Our members include parents and other family members, community members, teachers and staff.
Today's parents are busier than ever. We know everyone can't volunteer during school hours or at school events however, membership gives you a voice! All members will be entered into an online Facebook group where you will get access to school news and events. You will get to voice your opinion and share feedback on what we can do for our school in the online group. The PTA organizes and runs several events to raise money for our school. Share your talents, time, or just your opinion with us!
Membership dues are $6 per person. The dues are used to jumpstart the PTA General Fund for the 22-23 school year and to keep our PTA in good standing on the state and National level. Upon filling out this form, you will be given directions on payment.
A pizza party will be awarded to the class who signs up the most members! The student who signs up the most members will get to be principal for a day!
