Thank you for accompanying your faith community on the synodal journey by hosting or facilitating a synodal discernment session, whether with one of the documents connected to the synodal process (your parish report, a diocesan summary, the USCCB's National Synthesis Report or the Vatican's Document for the Continental Stage, a.k.a. "Enlarge the Space in Your Tent) or around a shared initiative or concern.

We become a synodal Church by doing synod and then sharing the fruits of that experience with each other. This form offers a place for you to do just that - share out the fruits of your synodal experience so that others may be encouraged by your witness! Discerning Deacons will share what you offer through our own communications channels (newsletter, blog, website) - although only with expressed permission (which we will ask you for below). We will also direct appropriate Catholic media in your direction - although again, only with your expressed permission (which we will ask you for below).
