April 18 In Person Service

Please provide you and your families details if you wish to attend the UTMC worship service on the date shown above. This registration is required to try and help us ensure we remain within the current attendance limits.

Safety of our congregation is a top concern:

Maintain physical distancing of 2m at all times. Before, during and after the service.

Follow the current health unit recommendation that face masks be worn while inside the building and at all times. We will be singing but with masks on. Masks are available if you forget yours.

Please sanitize or wash your hands as soon as you enter the building at one of the stations provided.

Please enter from the back parking lot and follow the signs and direction of the usher(s). If stairs are an issue, please enter via the back glass doors on the east side of the building.

If you wish to sit with others inside your "social bubble", please gather to the left just up the stairs.

We have a small special seating area available for those that might want extra physical distancing.
Please inform an usher when you arrive and they will direct you to this area.

There is nursery for you to watch your own children in, but no children's program or Sunday school at this time. We also have 2 child friendly seating areas with a few toys and mats available at the back of the sanctuary. Disinfecting wipes are also available.

This information being collected is only being used to ensure we will be within capacity limits and for possible contact tracing should it be required. It is not shared with anyone and is destroyed after 3 weeks.

Immediately prior to the service (Sunday morning), please ensure everyone that is attending performs the Ontario COVID-19 screening assessment. If you or someone in your family answers "YES" to any of the following questions, please stay home and follow the instructions provided.
