Dear Village Member,

We want to know what you think.

It has been over a year since the Village last conducted a member satisfaction survey and it's time for another.  This survey will evaluate how well the village is accomplishing our mission (see below). We want to know if we are supporting your growth, well-being and connection to others in the community.

Please be frank and speak your mind.  Your participation will contribute to our understanding and member concerns and satisfactions - all of which are essential to shaping Village services and programs.

The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete.  Please complete the survey by June 12, 2020.

Each journey through later life is different and the learning taken from this survey will be enriched by the inclusion of your unique opinions and perceptions.  Thank you for participating, if you have questions, please contact the village at 347-414-3814.
