UCW Youth Groups: 2022-23
This form serves to grant permission for youth participating in the 2022-23 Youth Group and Exploring Our Faith programming at The Union Church in Waban.  It includes participation in, and travel to and from, events on the Youth Group calendar -- including, but not limited to, visits to other houses of worship or faith communities; TreeTop Adventures, CityReach and other service opportunities; and retreats, including our November overnight retreat for 10-12th graders.
