Hello, welcome, and thank you for your interest in submitting to the Thousand Faces Festival's New Mythic Works Series! If you haven't already, please ensure you've carefully read through the submission guidelines on our website before submitting this form. We will not consider submissions that do not clearly follow the guidelines.

The deadline to submit is May 1st, 2022 at 11:59pm MST. We will not consider submissions that are received after the deadline.

The Thousand Faces Festival's mandate is to foster the creation of mythic stories at the root of our cultures and share those stories with culturally diverse audiences so we may find we are all connected at the root.

The New Mythic Works Series will foster the development of 4-6 new 10-20 minute plays by Edmonton and area playwrights. Selected playwrights will be paid a fee of $600.

We hope to notify selected playwrights by May 17th, 2022.
