This is a mod that will allow you to install an NVMe M.2 2242 SSD in your ThinkPad's ExpressCard slot. It will work for any #10-#30 (T410/X230 etc) laptop with an EC slot. The drive can be booted with Coreboot or with bootloader workarounds, otherwise it is purely for storage. Speeds are limited to PCI-E 2.0 x1; this is roughly 400MB/s real-world.
