The Sashbear Foundation provides Family Connections™ throughout Canada in English and French.

Family Connections™ is an evidence-based program. It provides education, skills and support for people in a relationship with someone who has emotion dysregulation, BPD, or BPD traits. For more information, see our website: https://sashbear.org/en/family-connections

Family Connections™ is always provided free-of-charge to participants. Donations to Sashbear are welcome to help us continue to provide this program throughout Canada.

TO ATTEND FAMILY CONNECTIONS™, YOU NEED TO:

Be 18 or older.
Be in a relationship (even if estranged) with someone who has emotion dysregulation, BPD, or BPD traits. (They do not need to have a specific diagnosis.)
Be available and commit to attend all 12 classes when you are offered a group.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

12-week evening groups begin 3 times each year, in January, June and September.

Completing this form does not guarantee a spot in the next group. We will email you when we can offer you space in an upcoming group. You will then need to complete a registration.

All groups are currently offered online.

Groups are available in both English and French. If you speak and read both, we recommend you attend in the language that is used most in your relationship with a person with emotion dysregulation.
