Cake Decoration Fundamentals
Join us for an afternoon of Cake Decoration Fundamentals: piping, icing, frosting, and cutting at Arizona Culinary Institute Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 3:00pm-7:00pm.   The cost of the course is $50.  This includes full afternoon activities, and all supplies required.  This workshop will address the Culinary Arts Technical Standard 10.0 Prepare Bakery and Pastry Products 10.5 Demonstrate techniques for preparing pastry and baking goods.  Professional Development hours will be provided.  This event is co-sponsored by FCCLA and FACS Ed.  Maximum registration of 20 participants.
