2024 SDN Reviews - Gallery Link Submission
Please do not submit this form prior to April 5 
Deadline for submissions: Monday, April 15.

Please enter the URL to your gallery for each reviewer who you will be seeing during the SDN Reviews. You may show the same gallery to all reviewers or select different galleries to show different reviewers. Once the form is submitted, you will not be able to make changes until your review session. At that time, you can send a different URL to the reviewer using the chat in the Zoom meeting.

While we encourage you to use the SDN platform, it is not required. In the form below, you can submit either a gallery URL from the SDN website or your own personal website for each reviewer. However, only SDN galleries will be eligible for the Reviewers Choice Award.

If you've created an SDN gallery and are not sure of the URL, you can find it by searching here:

To enter the Reviewers Choice Award, enter the URL of one gallery that you have created on the SDN website. Personal website galleries are not eligible for the award.
If you wish to use one gallery link for all of the reviewers you are scheduled to see, please enter the full URL for that gallery below and disregard the rest of the options for this form—although make sure you submit the form by pressing the submit button at the very bottom.
The remainder of this form is only if you wish to submit separate URLs for each reviewer.
