This survey is an opportunity for you to help our school by sharing your opinions about Castle Rock Elementary School (CRES). The district will be using your opinions when planning for future school years.
No one can tell who filled out this survey. Your answers will be completely private and unknown to others. Please complete this Parent/Guardian Survey by Friday, March 15th.
If you have more than one child who is enrolled at this school please only complete one survey per family. It would be most helpful if you think about the oldest of your children enrolled as you answer these questions.
The survey has 6 Sections with a grand total of 37 questions. At the end of each section to get to the next section you will need to hit the Next button after the last question. At the end of section 6 you will be given the option to submit the survey, please make sure to hit Submit (do not just exit the survey by clicking out of the browser) otherwise your answers will not be counted.
