While the Extension office is closed, we will organize curbside pickup of Permanent Record and Project Record Forms. If possible, coordinate with other members in your club so we can efficiently distribute forms.  

A note that youth can complete the project record book forms on the computer and print the forms on colored (or white*) paper. If youth are interested in this option, the club can request sheets of plain colored paper. *Colored paper makes it easier to evaluate project record books and is encouraged, but colored paper is not required.
