2019 Pre-Departure Orientation Materials Order Form
Thank you for organizing this YFU Pre Departure orientation! Please complete the form below so YFU can provide you with the materials you will need to conduct the Pre Departure Orientation. Be sure to look closely at https://www.yfuusa.org/pdo/ to review the sessions.
 
The Pre Departure Orientation Summary, found on the YFU PDO website, provides information on planning and budgeting for your PDO. Take a look at the summary and the "Schedule" document to help you complete this order form. An Orientation Reporting form, sign-in sheets, and an expense report with instructions will be sent with each mailed packet.

Please note that each material order will include one facilitator packet for student sessions, one facilitator packet for the parent session, and as many student handouts as you request. We are doing this to save paper and shipping costs. If you would like additional facilitator packets or any of the optional sessions or optional handouts, please print them from our website. Thank you!

Please submit the student and host family sign-in-sheets to orientations@yfu.org within a few days of your event.

This is the number of student handout packets that you will receive. It will also include "The Guide" booklets which will be printed and bound for students.

This is the number of parent handouts (YFU's Commitment to Safety and Homesickness Prevention) you will receive.
Please scan and email the sign-in-sheet and orientation reporting form to orientations@yfu.org. If you need to mail these documents, would you like YFU to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope in your mailed packet? Please submit these as soon as possible. These documents are required in order to meet Department of State compliance mandates. *
