Ages 6+ : should be comfortable in deep water

Camp dates are July 18-22.  Location: Aquarena Pool/The loft in MUN University Centre. Camp is 9:00am-1:00pm. As of right now drop off will be at the Aquarena at 8:45am pick up by 1:00pm at the UC (Big steps on the food court side-will email out details if this changes).  Campers should be prepared to walk to and from the Aquarena to the UC- about 5 minutes. The walk can be made entirely inside, but weather appropriate clothing and footwear is strongly recommended  and bags should be easy for swimmers to carry.

Cost for the camp is $150/week*. Once registration has been received, an email will be sent out within the following weeks containing waivers and COVID regulations that must be completed and emailed/returned by the first day of camp, Fees are due upon registration and registration will not be considered complete until we receive payment.  $30 of the camp fee is a non-refundable registration fee that covers administration and NLAS fee.

 Pay via E-transfer to seastarssynchro.treasurer@gmail.com– password Synchro if prompted for one -please include swimmers and parent name in the message section of the transfer. Cheques made payable to Sea Stars Synchro provided to Sea Stars mailbox behind Aquarena reception attention Sea Stars treasurer.  Note swimmer name on cheque and if paying by cheque please let us know when you drop it at the Aquarena.



*If you have multiple children that wish to participate in camp please contact us at. There is a $20 discount for each additional child in the same household. If signing up for both July and August camps there will be a $20 for the August week.

CANCELLATIONS
 Due to COVID-19 and other factors, our cancellation policy is in place to better our ability to fill that space with another interested participant.

If a refund is requested up to one week before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee and NL Artistic Swimming fee.
If requested less than one week before the first day of camp, no refund will be issued.
If your child is ill or, for any reason, misses one or more days of camp, we will not be able to provide a partial refund.
After the first day of camp, refunds are issued for medical reasons only and a doctor’s note must be provided. Medical cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund (less a $30 administration fee per cancelation and NL artistic swimming fees).

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAMS AND CAMPS IF MINIMUM NUMBERS ARE NOT MET.
