We hope you will be joining us this year for our annual UUCGL Memorial Day Retreat at the Long Lake Outdoor Center in the Yankee Springs Recreation Area near Hastings, Michigan. To effectively plan we need to know how many people will be spending the night and sharing meals. We also need to know approximate ages so that we can assign chores.

The event will run from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24 through 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 26.

We need contact information for at least one person in your group (Attendee 1), and it is preferable to know the ages of all children and youth for planning purposes. Children and youth up through High School age need to have an attending adult who has agreed to be responsible for them and has communicated this in writing to the organizers.
