以下事項需確認無誤 。The following points below have to be confirmed before the installation date:
1.確保貴店已有電信網路數據機。Make sure your store has an internet connection working properly.
2.已有POS專屬的wifi路由器。You already have a designated modem only for using Queue POS.
3.網路線從電信數據機連接至POS專屬的wifi路由器。The designated POS modem is properly connected to the main modem through ethernet cable.
4.網路線從出單機連接到POS專屬的wifi路由器。The printer is connected to the designated POS modem through ethernet cable.
5.出單機紙捲。You have printer roll paper.

在您送出表單申請後，安排進行串接相關作業（全程約需7-14個工作天），於串接完成後由專人通知啟用時間，還請耐心等候。
為確保送平台菜單匯入完整性，串接申請送出後請勿自行異動菜單。After you apply and successfully fill in the request form the whole process will take between 7 to 14 business days. In order to ensure the correct integration of the menu export, please do not change the menu yourself after you require our service.
申請前「請務必重複確認您在foodpanda所發佈之菜單、價格與細項內容」，如有任何異動需求，請聯繫QUEUE官方Line由專人協助，並再次確認菜單為最新版本。Before applying, please confirm the menu, price and item description in Food Panda are correct and ready to be integrated. In case you want to make any changes, please contact our official QUEUE Line for assistance.
以防資訊不同步，若貴店提出串接申請後仍自行異動菜單，因而造成出單錯誤問題，QUEUE POS將酌收500元服務費，以重新進行系統菜單匯入作業。After submitting this request, if you change the menu and as a result there are discrepancies in the menu exportation process, QUEUE POS will charge NT500 for each time the menu is re-export to the delivery platform for an update.

1.本公司以此表單為依據逐項確認後，於雙方約定時間派人員做貴店員工教育訓練,若人員依時間抵達，貴公司並無備妥，需與人員另約時間者,本公司將籌收 2000。Regarding scheduling support on site, in case you are not prepare, late or want to reschedule the installation, Queue will charge an additional fee of NT2000.
   
2。本公司以此表單為依據逐項確認後，於雙方約定時間派人員做貴店員工教育訓練,若人員依時間抵達，貴公司並無備妥前述事項，導致人員需協助處理者,本公司將籌收處理費 500/1hr。Regarding scheduling staff training, in case you are not prepare, late or need external support not related with the service you request, Queue will charge an additional fee of NT500 per hour.
