Student and his/her parents or guardians are responsible for returning the instrument and all of its parts and accessories to the school in the same condition that it was received.
Instrument is not to be played outdoors unless we are at a marching performance. Otherwise, it should only be taken out of the case indoors when at home.
The instrument is not to be played by anyone other than the student who has borrowed it.
Student may only borrow the instrument that he/she has been assigned.
Mr. Wills reserves the right to deny any student the privilege of borrowing an instrument if the student has not handled the instrument properly while in class, or if the student has not shown responsibility to protect the instrument while in his/her care.
If the instrument is lost or stolen, the parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for reimbursing the school for the cost of the instrument.

Please send $20.00 with your student to cover valve oil, slide and cork grease, replacement pads, water key pads, guitar picks, TRS cables, DI boxes, etc. Cash or check made out to WMS Band.
