TimBits LTP 1 & 2/ U9  Mini Camp
Welcome to Bonivital Softball. 
This camp is for all in the bonivital catchment to attend free of charge.
Kids will learn softball through fun and games.  Parents who are thinking about being coaches will learn what would be involved. Our Timbit's director will be on hand to provide resources and information while our instructors will run some fun drills with your children and the parents.

Bring comfortable runners and clothing.  If you have a glove or bat, you may bring that as well.

We/I the parent(s), guardian(s), of the above named athlete hereby give our/my approval for the athlete to participate in any all activities associated with the Bonivital Softball Fall Development Camp sessions and assume all risks and hazards incidental to the above named athletes participation, indemnifying, defending and holding harmless the Winnipeg Lightning Softball Organization, the Bonivital Softball Association, its Executive Members, Organizers, Sponsors, Coaches, Supervisors and Participants, from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, lawsuits, fees, government imposed fines or penalties, liabilities, losses, damages, judgements, settlements, cost and expenses arising out of any actual or alleged injury or any person or damage to any property, claimed to be as a result, in whole or part, of the activities associated with the camp.

I hereby give consent to Bonivital Softball Association to photograph, videotape, or otherwise digitally record and use images and/or sound recordings of myself or my child or children (if applicable) to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or in any of the organization’s or its partners’ publications, productions, or posts. I understand that the intended use of such images and information is solely for the purpose of advertising, marketing, fundraising and/or the promotional and public awareness purposes for the organization. I hereby waive any rights or interest in the images or recordings, as contemplated in this release.
I acknowledge that this consent to use images and/or recordings is being made solely for the benefit of the organization and comes without any expectation of monetary compensation or other benefit to me. To the extent that any benefit accrues or might accrue to the organization from the use of images or information, I hereby and forever waive any interest in or claim to such benefits.
