We depend on your input in the cleanup report to help organizers improve cleanup events in the future and gather data on litter, debris, and illegal dumping.

Due to limited resources, we ask that whenever possible, volunteers dispose of their collected litter in their personal trash receptacles.  Were you able to dispose of all of the trash you collected? *
If you answered "No" to the previous question, please provide a clear address and/or description of where the item(s) are located that need to be picked up (ex. 1234 Kenwood Ave, corner of Martha and Kenwood).
Did you find any needles? Needles should not be thrown away with the trash. Please place needles in a safe, hard plastic container and call either number below to report your needles for pick-up. *
Please estimate how many gallons of garbage you collected. (Most standard grocery bags are about 2 gallons, standard kitchen trash bags are about 10-15 gallons. Most other trash bags indicate how many gallons they fit).
