2024 Roxborough Rebels 12U/10U/8U Travel SOFTBALL - Tryout Pre-Registration Form
If your daughter is interested in playing travel SOFTBALL, please complete the pre-registration form  (Baseball players please use the Baseball form, not this one) . There is no-cost to tryout but you must pre-register. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  1) Must register for the in-house rec league by 3/1 and participate in 75% of your in-house games.  2)  Babe Ruth age eligibility is determined by birth year: 12U: 2011, 2012.  10U: 2013, 2014, 8U: 2015, 2016.  We ask for uniform sizes to get a preliminary read as we order uniforms shortly after teams are selected - your child's coach will verify the size with you upon team selection.  There is a separate fee for travel softball. Please attend one of our parent information meetings to learn more about our program. You will be required to sign a participation waiver and present proof of age for your child at tryouts.

I understand that my child's participation in the tryout process does not automatically imply a roster spot on the team. Players are selected to each age appropriate team based on a defined set of skills requirements and team need. Rosters are typically limited to 12 players unless a head coach provides valid reasoning to carry more than 12. I understand that not all players may make the team. *
I understand that my child must participate in the tryout sessions aligned with his/her date of birth and the minimum number of required tryouts (players must attend at least one tryout but attending all is recommended) *
