Squad 9 members can use this form to apply for the next enlisted rank once all Rank Advancement Conditions (RACs) are completed. By submitting this form, you affirm that you have reviewed the Rank Protocols (https://www.squad-9.com/wiki) and have completed the RACs for the enlisted rank to which you are applying.

All submitted apps will undergo final review by Officer Corps and a decision will be issued within one week.

Any member submitting a falsified application will be subject to disciplinary action.
