Red Beard TRE Group Shake
Welcome to the Red Beard TRE Shake Registration!

This class isn't intended as a beginner's introduction to TRE.  It assumes you have done it before and know that it feels safe for your body and nervous system.  It also assumes you know what "self-regulation" is, meaning (in part) the ability to come in and out of your tremoring as needed so that it isn't overwhelming or overstimulating for your you physically or emotionally.  I will give some basic guidelines about self-regulating your experience in class, but I am also trusting you to be in charge of your own experience.
