Please complete this form to indicate your team's interest in participating in one of our 2023-2024 tournaments. As many associations are still in the process of forming teams, applications for most divisions will be considered starting Monday October 16.

Please fill in all fields as completely as possible. Applications may be declined due to incomplete information.
