You get: recordings if you can't make the meetings, a private facebook group to connect with other step-moms in between calls and form relationships with them, weekly modules and resources. 


Each week you will receive a module, you'll hear from Step-mom Coaches who have been there, done that and can share tips and tricks to support your journey, and of course have a group discussion where you will hear from other Step-moms and realize how not alone you are in this!  Topics include: Boundaries, realistic vs. Unrealistic expectations, how to deal with a high-conflict ex, healthy step- couple basics, defining your role as a Stepmom, and mastering self-care.
