The Yoni Steam & Breast Massage techniques that will be taught are to heal the feminine body and replenish lost vitality. By invigorating our breasts and cleansing our womb, we clear away sickness and stuck energies, both physical and energetically, to strengthen our inner temple and make space for a healthier empowered woman.

You have already given birth or lost a birth.
When pregnant (less then 37 weeks) or when you are bleeding on your moon time, you will get a special place in the the yoni steam ceremony since steaming is not possible at that stage. You will receive a blend of herbs to take and do your steam at home another time.
Marieke and Nutmeg both carry 10+ years of experience working with women's health and empowerment, hosting retreats, and teaching workshops.
