1.  Congregation should apply for the Pay-Check Protection Program as a first step and include the results of their application in the Region of Georgia application process.

2. Congregation determines the immediate need for salary support for their minister and request the amount up to $1500.  Smaller amounts are also acceptable.

3. Congregations are asked to be in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) annual yearbook.

4. Congregations are expected have a history of participation by attendance in Regional programs and/or financial support to the Region of Ga. – i.e. DMF, DW, DM, Youth, Camping, and Disciples Special Offerings.

5. Application process would include:
        •  Application form from the Region of Ga.  Elders assigned to local congregations.
        •  Submitted to the Region of Ga. Office.
        •  Review of application and decision of response expected within two weeks of submission
                to the office.  
6. Loan amount awarded would be re-paid to the Region of Ga within one year of awarded date.  
        • This pay back may be encouraged in one or two payments in full.  
        • No interest will be assigned to the loan amount.  
        • Congregations may give a ‘gratitude’ donation to the Region of Ga out of thankfulness for
                the support.  
        • Congregation are asked to consider pledging in the future to the Region of Ga through their
                DMF giving, and/or designated financial support.
