This year, I decided to make a digital version of one of the forms that I send home during the first week of school. If you find this form confusing or overwhelming, just ignore it! I will be sending home a paper version to any families that I do not receive responses from by the end of the first week of school. My goal for this form is to take make the beginning of the year stack of forms one form shorter for you by making it digital. If you prefer to fill it out on paper that is absolutely fine!
