Guilderland High School Backpack Program Agreement and Waiver
Hello Families,
The Backpack program will begin this year on Friday October 13th. Please read with your child and respond to all the questions below and sign consent to participate in the 2023-2024 Backpack program.  We need your help to remind your child each Friday to pick up their bag at the school store. This past year some students needed repeated reminders which becomes stressful for your student.    

 If your child is absent on a pick up day we ask that you call or email us to make arrangements for pick up.  

We ask that you please commit to being in the Backpack program for the full school since we purchase the food in advance.  

We will be using the program's reusable backpacks and they must be returned each week by Tuesday to continue to receive a backpack the following weeks.  

We look forward to working with you this year through the backpack program.
