IGNITE is building a movement of young women who are ready and eager to become the next generation of political leaders. EmpowerLA connects citizens with local government and local government with the people it serves.

Thank you for your interest in this year's IGNITE Program. We are excited to welcome applicants who live in the City of Los Angeles and are between 14-24 years of age before the start of the program.

We have 6 cohorts throughout Los Angeles: East and West Valley, West Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, Harbor, and Downtown Los Angeles.

The dates of the program are April 13th, 20th, 27th and May 4th, 11th, 18th. Attendance at all sessions is required.
*South Los Angeles program dates are April 18th, 25th, and May 2nd., 9th, 16th, 18th. Attendance at all sessions is required.

Applications are due March 20th and we will notify you by March 30th. All applicants under the age of 18 will need to submit a parent/guardian consent form, which will be provided to you upon acceptance.
