Growing Small Budget Organizations
Let’s talk shop! Join Randi Berry and Joel Guzman from IndieSpace and leaders of Small Budget Organizations from across NYC for practical, intimate, and transparent conversations about relevant topics to small orgs.

Meetings generally take place on the first Monday of the month at 4:30pm EST. Some scheduling adjustments may be made to accommodate holiday schedules.

Our next meeting is Monday, November 4.

Previous topics have included: building your board, engaging with your city council person, hiring your first employee, artist and admin pay, space to produce and work, and more.

This group is geared towards artists, companies, and venues operating with smaller budgets (under $250,000). It focuses on sharing transparent tips and information to support and connect with one another. These are open conversations! Topic ideas and questions are crowd-sourced from the room.
