OUAP Bingo - Text Submission
Thanks for joining our Once Upon a Prince Bingo fun! 


**This form is the Text Submission form. If you would like to submit your entry by uploading an image, you must use the Image Submission form(which will require a Google account). The Image Submission form can be found here.**

Rules:
  • Complete rows and columns by a) finding clues on the covers or b) reading the Prince books and filling out the matching box. There are two boxes for each book--one for its cover, one for reading it.
  • Submissions close February 1st, 2024
  • Winner will be contacted by February 9th, 2024. If the winner does not respond within one week of contact, a new winner will be chosen and contacted.
  • This giveaway is open internationally.
  • You do NOT have to have a Google account to enter. Any email service is valid.
  • To be eligible to win, you must complete at least one row(horizontal, diagonal, or vertical) on the bingo card and submit it below. A few ways to submit your answers:
  1. Download/screenshot the bingo card, mark on it electronically, and submit that image.  (this can be done in the Image Submission form, found here)
  2. Download the bingo card, print it and write your answers, take a picture of your completed bingo and submit that image.  (this can be done in the Image Submission form, found here)
  3. Write a list of the clues and the Prince story you think they go with (ex: front goose - ___ Prince, Cover with arrows - ___ Prince, Center Free Space!, Cover with glowing eyes - ___ Prince, A ratty hat - ___ Prince)  (this can be done in this form)
  • The more rows you complete, the more entries you get. Each row is worth one entry. A blackout is worth twelve entries.
The Prize:
-1 grand prize consisting of the Once Upon a Prince full series in paperback(12 books) and one princess crown(valued at $15 USD).
