The Office of Undergraduate Research has arranged for several lab tours and research facility visits throughout the summer. Each visit has a cap. Please use this form to indicate your intent to attend one or more of these field trips. You may access this form at any time to change your requests, but please make changes at least three days before any scheduled visit. This will allow us to plan accordingly and accommodate as many students as possible, some from our wait-list. We will send you a reminder and details of each field trip via email two days before each visit. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Nicole Easton (email: nicoleje@vt.edu).

NOTE: If you sign up to attend a filed trip and do not show up, you have deprived another student of the experience. Therefore you are asked to be diligent and update your requests in a timely manner or email Nicole (nicoleje@vt.edu) if you are unable to attend a particular visit. If you sign up for and fail to show for two field trips you will be barred from attending any other future field trips.
