This from will help the Tech Training Coaches understand who will be intending to show-up at MUFC Tech Training. This does not mean that if you don't sign-up you cannot come. All players are welcome to attend, even if you do not sign-up in advance. We want to provide the best environment for your player as we can, and being prepared for everyone is important.

You should receive an email after the submission of this form to the email that you provided. This will give you a link to update this submission if your plans change. Please work to update the dates as best as reasonably possible. It is not a problem if you mark you are planning on attending and you don't. We understand that sometimes "life" gets in the way, but if you could update that would help the coaching staff.

Please fill out one form per player. This will allow us to track the sessions and give each coach a report of their players attending these extra sessions.
