FSH RA Time Away Requests 2023-2024
Plan ahead. Please complete this as soon as possible as the dates are first come, first serve.

Once time away is approved, please be sure to complete the following prior to your time away.
Request that another RA cover your area while you are away.
Get all shifts covered that could be impacted by your travel (including virtual office hours, on-call shifts, programming tasks, as applicable).

Turn on your out-going email message on your RA email account, and include a message to notify residents whom to contact while you are away. This email should minimally include:

The email for the RA who will be covering your area in your absence

When you return, coordinate with another staff member to inform you of any info that was shared in your absence.
