The PLYUSD application is to be filled out by students who wish to study as an International Student in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District at one of our four high schools. It is for students who have already made arrangements for their homestay. The school district does not place students with host families. If requested, we can provide a list of international student agencies we partner with who will arrange housing accommodations.
Students working with an agency will complete the agency's application and not this one.
Submitting an application is the first step to obtaining an F-1 visa needed to study in the United States. Upon completion of this form you will be contacted with directions for submitting required documents, student interview, and tuition payment. International students studying on a F-1 visa may enroll in a public high school for up to one year.
