This agreement is for the exclusive rights to the Main Gallery and Platform Gallery exhibition spaces for Riverwalk Collective during specified months outlined in this document. Steamboat Creates retains exclusive rights to determine the programs and events that occur in the Main Gallery and Platform Gallery. This agreement is good for one year, beginning January 1, 2024.

Definitions 

For the terms of this agreement, “Artwork” refers to all art on display at Steamboat Creates during the 2024 season.

For the purposes of this agreement, “Steamboat Creates” refers to both the organization and the staff members employed by Steamboat Creates. Steamboat Creates also refers to The Depot Arts Center building in which the organization Steamboat Creates operates.
