1. Schedule changes for CMS classes can be made for the first 5 days of classes.
2. Dropping a class will require permission from a parent/guardian, with final approval coming from
Mr. Crutchfield and Ms. O'Hare.
3. Changing from one block of a class to another block of the same class will only be allowed if the
student registered for a CPCC class that interferes with the scheduled block and space is available.
4. Students participating in a sport, cheerleading, or marching band needing a change in their
schedule to accommodate practice schedules, will need a letter from the school or coach confirming
the student participation.
5. Schedules will not be changed to accommodate employment schedules.
CPCC Courses
1. CPCC courses may be added through the second weekday of the term or session.
2. CPCC courses may only be dropped through the 10% date of the class. You can verify the date
with Mr. Crutchfield. Dropping a class will require permission from a parent/guardian, with final approval
coming from Mr. Crutchfield and Ms. O'Hare. The 35% date applies only to *paying students*.
3. HMCHS students are not allowed to withdraw from CPCC classes unless there is a medical
reason and documentation is provided.
4. Please remember that all CPCC courses taken must be within your degree program.
