This form is to compile a list of persons interested in 1 or more bee packages if they become available.

If and when packages become available due to previous requests being cancelled or the number requested packages being reduced, persons on this list will get option to purchase the number of packages they requested.

Packages are 2 LB with unmarked queen.

You will be notified of the exact pickup date (it will be in the 1st or 2nd week of April).

Payment required at time of package pickup.  

Credit cards cannot be accepted.  Payment is to be cash or check.  

If you do not pickup your package(s) on the specified pickup date, your packages may end up being sold to persons on the waiting list.

If you change your mind and do not want the number of packages you originally requested or do not want any of them,  send an email to Rich Ramsey at rramsey2@gmail.com so he can assign the packages to another person.

It is not a problem as the packages will be sold.

Order of preference for the 2 LB Bee Packages is as follows:

1. Prairie State Beekeeper Association Members
2. Everyone else
